WORKSOP, UK"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The British &amp; Irish Boxing Authority (BIBA) have arranged an Association of Professional Boxing Commissions (APBC) Certified Corner\/Cutman Course, at the Stanley Street Sports and Social Club in Worksop, Nottinghamshire on Saturday 4th November 2023, that is essential for all Coaches and Cornermen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALL Coaches are welcome, as these courses are essential for all coaches in our sport whether Pro, Amateur or Unlicensed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cut\/Cornerman course covers all aspects from weigh-in to post fight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subjects covered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duty of Care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Head Trauma Signs &amp; Symptoms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaches\/Cornermen\/Cutman Responsibilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cutman\u2019s Tools of the Trade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional Hand Bandaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weight Cutting and Weigh-in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working the Corner \u2013 Contest and Sparring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Types of Injuries and Rules Pertaining to Injuries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corner Treatment of Bruising, Swellings and Cuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post Fight<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The Course will take place at Stanley Street Sports and Social Club in Worksop, Nottinghamshire on Saturday 4th November 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Times and fees for the course are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11:30am to 4pm<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Cornerman\/Cutman Course \u2013 \u00a3105 per person<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photo ID as well as a Passport-Size Head &amp;
